You can pay with Visa, MasterCard, American Express and a handful of other credit cards. We also accept payment via PayPal if you prefer. Both methods are 100% secure and guaranteed against fraud by Verisign. We do not accept checks, money orders or transactions over the phone. How long will my order take to process?Orders are processed on the day they are received and your package will be shipped within 2 business days (Mon-Sat). Basically we’re working our tails off here and will make sure your order goes out ASAP. How long will my order take to arrive?Most orders will arrive within 3 business days (Mon-Sat), and sometimes faster especially if you live in Colorado (where we live too J). If you ordered more than 1 item, we ship using USPS Priority Mail which will arrive within 1-3 business days. Do you ship to APO / FPO (i.e., PO Box) addresses?Yes, we ship to APO and FPO addresses. Since we use the United States Postal Service (USPS), customers with APO or FPO addresses can simply enter their shipping information and choose between First Class and Priority Mail. Easy Breezy. Do you ship internationally?Currently we only ship within the United States. Thanks for understanding. What shipping methods are available and how much do they cost?We ship exclusively via the United States Postal Service (USPS). Our most economical option ships you a shirt for just $3.80 via USPS First Class mail (1 shirt only due to weight limits). We also offer Priority Mail for an additional $6.95 (this covers 2-3 shirts). Finally, we offer shipping in a Priority Mail box that can fit up to 8 shirts by my last count. The box costs $12.95 to ship regardless if you have 4 shirts or 8 shirts. Please take care to select the appropriate option upon checkout, and we include delivery confirmation on everything we ship. . How do I track my package?If you would like to track your package, please CLOAKING . Please have your order number handy :) What size shirt should I order?Our t-shirts fit like a standard t-shirt, not an uber-tight fitted shirt (sorry Emo kids). They are 6.1 oz., 100% preshrunk cotton jersey knit shirts, so you don’t have to worry about them shrinking on you. Also the quality is fantastical. Everything we print is sourced and screened right here in Colorado, keeping things homegrown, non-corporate and much more friendly for the environment. What is your return/exchange policy?Unworn/unwashed shirts can be exchanged within 30 days of delivery if the shirt is defective for any reason. This also applies if you ordered the wrong shirt or size by mistake. Please

Customer pays all shipping on exchanges unless the mixup was our fault. Thanks How can I make a change to my order?If you made a mistake on your order or would just like to change something, please CLOAKING and let us know. If your order has not been shipped out yet, we should be able to make the change for you. How do I use a coupon code?During checkout you will see a box conveniently titled “coupon code” where you can enter a code good for a discount on your order. We periodically run specials and promotions via flyers, social networking sites, internet ads, etc. Keep on the look out for these and save a bundle. What if I have a problem using a coupon code?Occasionally a customer has difficulty with the coupon code procedure. Make sure you have typed it in correctly and that the promotion is still valid and has not expired. If you are still having problems, feel free to CLOAKING and we will process the discount for you. Keep in mind that you can only use a coupon code one time and not in combination with other special offers. Why didn’t I receive an order confirmation email?Sometimes our order confirmations are marked as spam or blocked completely by email programs. Please check your spam folder to see if the email ended up there before contacting us. If you are not able to locate it, please CLOAKING and we will confirm that your order was placed, and send you another copy. Do your shirts ever go on backorder?Although we do our darndest to keep everything in stock 24/7, occasionally things do run out. We do our printing in house, so it shouldn’t be more than 2 days before we’ve re-upped our inventory. You will be notified immediately if there is any delay in your order. What name will appear on my credit card bill?The name on your credit card bill will be COLORADOPUFFS.COM, or BETWEEN THE SLEEVES, LLC, which is the legal name of our company. Are you looking for new models?We are always on the lookout for new models. If you are interested, please send a variety of pictures of yourself to CLOAKING . Include the city you are located in, and any other info you think we will find helpful. The more pictures you include, the better. Also, please include some where you are having fun! They do not need to be professional shots. In fact, we prefer pictures of you hanging out, goofing off, smiling, and enjoying life.
